BCP Council Poole legacy colleagues only: 'Just Checking' Assistive Technology Information sessionVenue: Interactive Online
** This Teams event is initially targeted at Poole legacy Social Workers, Care Managers & Asst Care Managers, who currently use and have access to the 'Just Checking' Assistive Technology (AT) system **

Further sessions will be available to Bournemouth & Christchurch legacy teams once assistive technology provision has been aligned across the council. If there are any queries regarding this then please contact Kate Baker AT Lead on kate.baker@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

'Just Checking' is an assessment tool using technology to monitor a person's activities at home at no cost to the person being supported.

This one hour Teams information session will enable colleagues to find out about, and make the best use of, the 'Just Checking' system (currently available to Poole legacy staff) for facilitating hospital discharges, targeting care in the right place, and supporting people to remain at home.

Click on the attachment to access further information.

Once your place is confirmed, add this date to your diary. A Teams meeting link will be provided closer to the event.
