Event Description The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) programme is aimed at conflict below the threshold of domestic abuse. This training is virtual - there are 4 online modules to complete at your convenience.

This online learning is fully funded and available to all Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch professionals in any service who work with children, young people and families in these areas.

One licence enables a named individual to access all four RPC FPT e-Learning modules. Each e-learning module takes approximately 45-minute and can be completed at your convenience. Modules must be started before 30 September 2021 and must be completed within 6 months. There are 4 Modules which cover the following key areas:

? Module 1 - Parental conflict and its impact on child outcomes: interpreting and using the evidence base

? Module 2 - Identifying and discussing parental conflict with parents, including the role of values, beliefs and influences

? Module 3 - Having challenging conversations on parental conflict: Support, refer or intervene

? Module 4 - Reducing parental conflict: The role of supervisors and managers and their approach to supporting practitioners

Event Outcomes Provide skills based practical tools to help identify and explore parental conflict and support couples/co- parents to resolve parental conflict situations.
