Event Description FOR BCP COUNCIL STAFF ONLY
This is the 6th and final part of the 6 part Leadership & Management programme. It is aimed at new Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers.

Priority will be given to those cancelled from the original course during lockdown.

This session will cover:
- The drivers behind continuous improvement
- The importance of staff engagement
- Identifying the areas that need improving
- Mapping processes & measuring change (using Lean / Systems Thinking) 
Event Outcomes By the end of this session, delegates will:
- have discussed previous change activity
- understand common mistakes that disable change
- have seen a high level overview of systems thinking & process mapping
- have seen examples of measuring change
- be able to start identifying and planning continuous improvement activity in their own areas
