Free on-road parking is available on Whitecliff Road, Sherwood Avenue and some surrounding roads (10 minutes’ walk to Civic Centre Annexe)
The pedestrian entrance is accessed via Sandbanks Road (opposite a blue and white house) and is signposted 'Learning and Development' (no delegate parking available) |

Event Description |
Course aim: Have the knowledge and understanding of the importance of food hygiene, awareness of food safety management systems, and comply with the law
PLEASE NOTE THIS COURSE UPDATE: We are renaming this course Food Hygiene Awareness and are in the process of becoming an accredited food hygiene centre through the British Safety Council. Until we have gained this accreditation, we are unable to formally advertise this training as Level 2 Food Hygiene and we will not ask delegates to complete a test at the end of the course.
The current content of the course is of the standard required to meet Level 2 and is in line with the CQC key line of enquiry: Is the service safe? S5 How well are people protected by the prevention and control of infection? IMPORTANT BOOKING AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION If your organisation's terms of payment require a purchase order, please enter the PO number in the box marked ‘Special requirements' when making your booking We will charge a full course fee for any booked delegate who gives less than seven calendar days' notice of a cancellation, or who does not attend on the day of the course |

The course fee for non-Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council staff is £40 per delegate.
The course is subsidised for staff in BCP Adult Social Care Services and Adult Social Care Commissioning.
The course fee for other BCP service units is £40 per delegate.
