| Event Description |
This workshop is part of the Mandatory Practice Fundamentals Programme. These sessions are targeted for BCP Children's Services frontline teams doing Direct Work with Children, Young People and Families.
This session focuses on SMART Plans.

| Event Outcomes |
- To understand and identify what a SMART plan looks like.
- To gain knowledge around the importance of collaborative working when
collating plans, ensuring these are done jointly with children and
families.
- To feel confident in placing the child at the centre of the plan and how
this can improve better outcomes and more timely intervention.
