Event Description |
This workshop is part of the Mandatory Practice Fundamentals Programme. These sessions are targeted for BCP Children's Services front-line teams doing Direct Work with Children, Young People and Families.
This 1.5 hour course is for all Children's Services Managers and is designed to increase staff's knowledge and understanding of the Complaints Procedures under the relevant legislation.
