Event Description This workshop is part of the Mandatory Practice Fundamentals Programme. These sessions are targeted for BCP Children's Services frontline teams doing Direct Work with Children, Young People and Families.

This session focuses on Professional Curiosity. 
Event Outcomes - To define professional curiosity and its role in Social Work Practice
- Explore barriers and challenges to using a professionally curious approach
- Consider ways in which different types of bias impact upon decision making
- Consider the role of supervision in promoting professional curiosity
